As a former Director of Learning and Development at Fidelity Investments, Christina Colton (formerly Luddy) brings first-hand management experience to her leadership consulting work with senior management executives from around the world. She complements that experience with her doctoral training in adult learning and leadership from Columbia University as well as an MBA in management and a BA in interpersonal and organizational communication from Northeastern. As a result, she has developed a unique and highly insightful combination of advanced leadership coaching skills and effective transition strategies for empowering both individuals and intact management teams.

Utilizing a supportive but candid approach to eliminating the restrictive beliefs and behaviors that often place innate leadership strengths just beyond a manager's reach, Christina has global experience helping clients move from managing to leading by increasing their effectiveness in the following areas:

    The founder and Principal of Christina Luddy Leadership Consulting, Christina has designed and developed leadership training programs currently in use in leading global corporations. She has coached senior executives from managing directors to CEO’s in corporate as well as entrepreneurial settings. She is a specialist in leadership development and personal change and has delivered workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions from Boston to Beijing with a coaching ability that has been called "unsurpassed" and an energy that has been labeled "boundless and infectious."

    Christina is also a certified instructor of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.

    Cheryl Bourget H.H.C., I.C

    Cheryl Bourget joins forces with Christina Luddy Leadership Consulting with coaching techniques and a style developed through owning and operating a coaching business, as well as experience in the corporate world. Cheryl's diverse life and work experiences have given her the background to inspire hundreds of individuals, globally, on how to be successful. Her coaching style is the catalyst necessary for success-oriented change in today's challenging and ever-changing business world.

    Cheryl's 12 years of corporate experience in both supportive and leadership positions have been the foundation upon which her consulting expertise has been built. Her corporate managerial background at Pitney Bowes Facility Management, Boston MA and Ropes & Gray Law Firm, Boston MA in positions as Director Of Operations, General Management and Line Supervisor in particular, has given her insight into the creation of business and personal success, happiness and harmony. This insight has developed into a passion for inspiring new possibilities in people, teams and organizations.

    Cheryl's 17 years of entrepreneurial experience includes owning several coaching practices, as well as owning and operating a successful muscular therapy, nutrition and fitness center. Cheryl's successful entrepreneurship has been both a model and the building blocks upon which she has created coaching techniques empowering others with the steps necessary for success in business. This passion to help others has evolved into one and one coaching and experiential workshops that Cheryl co-facilitates and designs.

    In her pursuit of excellence, Cheryl has earned many professional qualifications, including:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Holistic Counseling from The American Institute of Holistic Theology
  • A Diploma from the Muscular Therapy Institute [now Cortiva]

Her personal corporate experience, entrepreneurial achievements, consulting background and passion for what she believes will take corporate leadership into the future make her the number one solution to success in the personal and business setting.

    Chris Robinson

    Chris has extensive international experience as a Brand Marketer, Clinical Psychologist and Human Resources Director, having lived and worked in Africa, UK and Europe, the USA and Asia during the last 25 years. He is passionate about the twin areas of organisation and talent development and has wide experience and expertise in dealing with complexity, ambiguity and diversity across individual, organisational and cross-cultural dimensions. As an organisational development consultant, facilitator and coach, Chris balances a thorough business and commercial awareness with his deep understanding of people, and he specializes in helping leaders, teams and organisations develop the mindsets and skills to help them unlock their potential and achieve their desired results more effectively and efficiently. He has significant experience of working and consulting in the areas of leadership and management development; employee engagement; organisation development and culture change; mentoring and coaching of senior executives; and the design and delivery of senior leadership programs.

    In addition to a Masters degree from St Andrews University in Scotland, Chris has post-grad degrees in Psychology and Clinical Psychology from the University of Cape Town, with further post-graduate qualifications in Organisational and Social Development, Strategic Leadership, and Solution Focused Coaching.

    Jo Ann Gammel, Ed.D.

    Drawing from her doctoral work on adult learning and leadership at Columbia University and experience in higher education, Jo Ann works with individuals to build confidence and competence. She applies this expertise today both as an adult educator at universities and as a coach to adults going through career transitions. Through her experience as an Assistant Professor and Assistant Director of the Ph.D. in Educational Studies Program at Lesley University, Cambridge, MA, Jo Ann developed doctoral programs and advised international students on the initial transition from home country to the US and on return culture shock upon degree completion. She has mentored master’s degree students designing independent studies, and coached doctoral students on the transition from practitioner to scholar. Clients emphasize Jo Ann’s deep listening ability as a gift during times of challenge and change.

    Maria Jicheva

    Maria Jicheva is an intercultural communication and management specialist with a background in business, languages and adult learning. Maria has lived and worked in various cultures through diplomatic postings and business assignments. She combines her international business and teaching background with coaching cerification and Solution focus training to coach individuals and teams with cross-cultural communication, motivation and conflict resolution issues.

    She has conducted in-depth research of the cultures in Central and Western Europe and has extensive experience in coaching individuals and teams with cross-cultural communication, motivation and conflict resolution issues. Motorola, KPMG, PWC, Rieter Automotive Management AG, Kantar, GlaxoSmithKline, Powergen, Unilever, Lovells, LG&E, McKinsey, WPP, Ingersoll Rand and Tesco are among her clients. She continues teaching university courses in intercultural management and international leadership for IES and Aga Khan University in London.

    Maria was born in Bulgaria and received her MA and BA degrees from the University of Sofia, Bulgaria, and her MBA from The American International University in London. She earned her Diploma in Inter-Cultural Management at the University of Cambridge. Maria published numerous articles on intercultural communication and cross-cultural adaptation, among them the chapter on Cultural considerations for growing a company in Europe in EUROPE A practical guide to company formation, employment law and taxation across the EU, Kogan Page 2009. She had been involved in the development of Argonautonline™, a web-based cultural resource and assessment tool. Maria was president of SIETAR Europa (Society for Intercultural Education, Training, and Research in Europe) from 2004 till July 2007. She has presented at various intercultural and HR conferences in the USA, Norway, Germany, China, Bulgaria, France, UK , Spain and Poland.
